From the CEO’s Desk

Hello, my name is Matt Jennings and I am the CEO of Quest Federal Credit Union.  I would like to take this opportunity to bring our members up to speed with changes that are taking place and to answer a few questions about Quest and our plans for the near future. It is my pleasure to announce a few promotions and to make an introduction regarding our Management Team. As you have noticed over the years, Quest is continually on the move and working to grow YOUR credit union in a proficient and meaningful manner that benefits all 12,500 members in the Quest family.  As we have grown and changed, we have worked with a very slim and highly efficient staff and that is not changing.  What is changing is how our management team will operate and function as we move towards a new asset class of over $100 million. Sherrill Titus, who has been with the credit union for 26 years, is moving into the position of Chief Accounting Officer (CAO).  Sherrill is an outstanding employee and has a proven track record of credit union accounting management and has year after year earned Quest clean audits and examinations. Tammy Sherman, who has worked for Quest for the last 20 years, is moving into the position of Chief Operations Officer (COO).  Tammy began her career as a Member Service Representative with the credit union and has worn many hats including collections, insurance, member service, dormancy and human resources.  With her many years of experience and by running one of our most efficient branch locations for the last 12 years, she has proven that there is none better than she to oversee our branch operations and insure that our members receive the best possible experience that we can provide. Paige Wallace joined Quest in 2000 and during her time here she has served in several roles all while working to achieve her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Findlay in Finance.  Paige will assume the position of Chief Finance Officer (CFO) which is a continuation of the role she previously held.  Quest is very fortunate to have Paige with her advanced knowledge of finance working for the betterment of our members through constant vigilance of our balance sheet and income statement. Lastly, as you may have seen on our website, Brian Sprang will be joining the Quest team as our new Chief Information Officer (CIO).  Brian earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Toledo and has gained expertise in all things technology!  As our credit union moves deeper into electronic banking services, Brian will be an integral member of our management team and will become a constant in how we communicate with our members moving forward. As you can see, Quest Federal Credit Union is undergoing a bit of an “extreme makeover” but it will never change the way we serve or members or the commitment to the communities that we serve.  The deciding factor in the changes that are taking place are to insure that as we evolve into a larger financial institution, our members can rest assured that we have the very best working to make Quest the very best credit union it can be. I welcome any comments, suggestions or questions from our members.  I can be reached by calling the Main Office or via email at mjennings@questfcu.com. Thank you for your loyal patronage to Quest and I challenge you to Explore the Possibilities! Matt Jennings Chief Executive Officer
