From the CEO – October 2016

From the CEO’s Desk

Hello, my name is Matt Jennings and I am the CEO of Quest Federal Credit Union.

I wanted to take a moment and update our owners on the exciting news of the Grand Opening of our 5th full service branch location in Upper Sandusky, Wyandot County.

In the fall of 2013 we chartered the County of Wyandot and added them to the roster of communities that we serve along with Hardin and Logan Counties. Wyandot County is a great neighbor to Hardin County with solid infrastructure for building, strong employers and a long standing, very robust farm community, perfect for what we specialize in with our products and services. We welcomed the residents of Wyandot County in 2013 and now we have completed our much anticipated expansion to the area located at 1725 E. Wyandot Ave – Upper Sandusky. Our new branch features a full service ATM, Drive-Thru, member services and a loan officer. The staff is well trained and very friendly and ready to serve all of your banking needs

On behalf of the Board of Directors and Staff of Quest, I would like to wish the Upper Team all the best! Lisa Bricely will be serving as the VP of Branch Operations, Sarah Hammock is the Member Service Supervisor and she is assisted by Samuel Albert, Member Service Representative. Misty Hurley is a fully trained and NMLS registered lender and is on site daily to serve the loan needs of our new and existing Wyandot County member owners. Stop by and say hello and I believe you will find the staff to be everything you have come to expect in top tier service from Quest.

The 3rd quarter of 2016 is in the books and we are having another solid year. Loan growth is at 12.53%, 3.5%+ membership growth and a 0.74% ROA ratio. This is a credit to the strong support that we receive from our member owners and for that we thank you! Stay tuned and I will keep you updated on our financial performance following the close of the 4th quarter.

IIn closing, I hope you and your families have a very Safe & Happy Holiday Season! I welcome any comments, suggestions or questions from our Owners. I can be reached by calling the Main Office or via email at mjennings@questfcu.com. Thank you for your loyal patronage to Quest and I challenge you to Explore the Possibilities!
