New Debit Card Transaction Limits – Effective 9/1/2016

Beginning September 1st, 2016, new debit card transaction limits will be in effect.

Attention Quest Federal Credit Union member/owners with debit cards! Effective September 1, 2016 the daily debit card transaction limits will change to the following:

• 25 merchant transactions (swiped) per day, with a daily dollar limit of the account’s available balance up to $25,000; AND
• 5 PIN-based transactions up to $500 per day

These limits will take effect for all debit card holders and can be modified if desired. Please contact the credit union for details and adjustments. The new limits should allow more flexibility and ease of use when it comes to travel, shopping, and general usage.

Holiday Closing Announcement!

Please note that Quest Federal Credit Union locations will be closed in observance of the July 4th holiday on Monday, July 4, 2016. We will reopen on Tuesday July 5. 2016 at 8:00am with normal business hours (8:00am – 4:30pm).

Our branch in Upper Sandusky is coming along on schedule and we now have vertical progress! Two walls are up after some excellent weekend work by our contractors and you can also see the steel erected for the drive thru.

Quest Federal Credit Union is very excited to be making such great progress on the building and project in Upper Sandusky and we want to share this excitement with our current member/owners as well as any prospective member/owners in Wyandot, Logan, and Hardin Counties! We’ll do our best to provide progress reports and pictures as we go and we look forward to the opening of our FIFTH branch.
