Good promoted to Chief Compliance Officer
Quest Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Andrea L. Good has been promoted to the position of Chief Compliance Officer.
Andrea began her career with Quest in 2002 as a Member Service Representative and began her upward migration by becoming fully trained in collection management, bankruptcy proceedings and became a Certified Compliance Officer by the Credit Union National Association. “Compliance has become a piece of our business that of course is required from a regulatory standpoint but that we take very seriously to insure that our members and their assets are protected with fully legal and compliant documents and account procedures whether that be deposits or loans. Andrea has worked very hard to become certified and I am excited to watch her progression into an executive level position” stated Matt Jennings, CEO of Quest FCU. He continued “The Chief Compliance Officer will have supervision of all documentation, policy and procedure for the credit unions operations as well as oversight of the lending and collection staff”. Andrea is a resident of Kenton, is married to Jeff and they have two children, Grant and Mya.
Quest is a federally insured credit union (NCUA) with a charter that encompasses Hardin, Logan and Wyandot counties. Quest currently has 13,000 members in the communities that we serve with $97 million in asset holdings.
