Titus Celebrates 30 Years!

May 4th, 2018 marks Sherrill Titus’ 30th year with Quest Federal Credit Union formerly Kenton Rockwell Standard Federal Credit Union. At that time, her hire brought the staff to 4 employees. Sherrill was hired by Betty Collins as a part time teller (Friday’s only) while finishing her accounting degree.

Soon she was moved to teller, then promoted to head teller, then to the Credit Union accountant which ultimately lead to her current position as Chief Accounting Officer overseeing 5 branches and $119 million in assets.

When asked what the biggest change in her 30 years at Quest has been, her response was immediate, “how technology has streamlined my job. Reports are now a keystroke away, it’s no longer a pen to excel sheet task.”

When asked what the biggest advantage of has been working at Quest, she said, “without a doubt, I always felt I was a parent first, even working full time with a husband and 2 small children. Quest encourages a family first atmosphere, if you need to leave at minutes notice, there is no hesitation from management.”

Sherrill says she has no plans to retire anytime soon. She resides in rural Kenton with her husband, Roger and she has 2 daughters, Stacy (Tyler) Craig and Ashley (Zach) Heilman and granddaughter Aubrey.
