Kenton, OH – Quest Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the opening of their sixth branch at 148 W Main St Russells Point, Oh 43348. The new branch joins others in the lineup, with locations in Kenton, Bellefontaine, Ada, and Upper Sandusky. The 2,200 square foot office offers a full-service drive thru, ATM, and lobby hours with all of Quest’s products and services available to new and existing members. “We are proud to bring a beautiful new branch to an outstanding market such as Russells Point. We have a solid volume of existing members in this market currently and we are looking forward to serving new members in the community,” stated Matt Jennings, CEO of Quest. Karen Breidenbach will lead the staff as VP of Branch Operations, Kerri Schlatter is the Member Service Supervisor, Grant Reppart will serve as the Member Service Representative and Steven Stalder is the Loan Officer. Karen Breidenbach, VP of Branch Operations said, “The staff has been working together now for many months, we are fully trained and very confident that we will provide an outstanding experience for all new and existing members. Quest Federal Credit Union holds $200 million in assets, offers six branch locations, and serves 15,000 members in Hardin, Logan, and Wyandot counties.

Retirement Announced by Wilcox

Kenton, OH – Quest Federal Credit Union announced that Richard “Dick” Wilcox retired from the Board of Directors after 27 years of volunteer service to the credit union. Dick served as President of Quest from 1998 to 2019 and during his tenure he played a key role in the brand conversion from Hardin Community FCU to Quest Federal Credit Union as well as overseeing several branch expansions. “It was a pleasure to work with Dick for all those years, we had a great working relationship, and I thoroughly enjoyed our friendship and the great things he accomplished” stated Matt Jennings, CEO. During Wilcox’s time as President, Quest built branches in Ada and Upper Sandusky, expanded our charter to include Wyandot County and grew assets from $33 million to $120 million. Sarah Wirbel, now President of the Board stated “Dick was a great leader and teacher. As I transitioned into the role of President, Dick helped me immensely, used every conversation as an opportunity for him to teach and for me to learn. It is truly incredible the amount of growth that we saw under his leadership. We thank him for all that he has done and wish him all the best in retirement”.
