From the CEO’s Desk
Hello, my name is Matt Jennings, and I am the Chief Executive Officer of Quest Federal Credit Union, and I hope this letter finds you all well.
On March 14th, we gathered at The Syndicate in Bellefontaine for our annual business meeting. Attendance was very strong and as you can imagine, The Syndicate didn’t disappoint with breakfast. Sarah Wirbel, Board President lead the meeting and gave a brief updated on accomplishments in 2025. Cam Hemmerly, Board Treasurer gave the annual financial update, reporting on multiple strong financial performance indicators. Brandon Ramge, Chair of the Nominating Committee reported on the 2025/2026 election cycle followed by my presentation on goals accomplished, including the Grand Opening of our Carey Branch on March 5th. I also had the pleasure of presenting service awards to the board and staff. Celebrating service awards this year were Maria Castle and Kerri Schlatter for 5 years, Kelly Teynor and Jordan Temple for 10 years, Emily Archer and Crystal Linville for 15 years, Sarah Wirbel for 20 years, Shannon Allmon and Beth Delong for 25 years and Jennifer Nelson for 30 years. I congratulate all of the service award recipients and genuinely thank them for their incredible contribution to our credit union. All of this information including even more data can be found in our 2025 Annual Report. To receive a copy, either stop by one of our convenient branch locations or give us a call and we can email you a copy.
