Coin Counting Services

As a member of the Quest Federal Credit Union all of our offices have a coin counter where you can get your loose coins counted for free. No need to spend time counting and rolling your coins when our machine can do it for you.

Coin & Proof Sets

Are you a coin collector? Want to pick up something special for a birth or birthday? Quest Federal Credit Union offers our membership the opportunity to purchase special coin and proof sets from the United States Mint. For more information, or to see what is available, stop by any branch and check out these collectible items.

Direct Deposit & Payroll Services

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit is the fastest and the safest way to deposit your payroll, pension and your social security checks. With direct deposit your money will already be there for you. All you will need is our credit union routing number (241279292) and your exact account number information. Give this information to your payroll department, pension company, or any other third party sending credits to your account.

Payroll Services

Quest Federal Credit Union is available to provide payroll services to your employees. Payroll processing and ACH transactions can be performed for employers wishing to automate the payroll process. For more information, contact Quest Federal Credit Union and ask for the payroll processing department.

Drive Thru

Each Quest Federal Credit Union branch offers drive thru services to our membership. Convenient and efficient, drive thru services are available from 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, Quest offers extended drive through hours, from 7:30am-5:30pm.

e-Statements

e-Statements are a wonderful service that Quest Federal Credit Union offers. e-Statements allows a member the option to receive your Credit Union statement online. You are notified by email that your statement is ready to view. This is a safe and secure way to receive your statements. As a “Thank You” for helping us cut down on paper statements and paper waste, Quest Federal Credit Union will also pay you $.25 to receive your statement online. Sign up today through It’s Me 247 Online Banking!

Money Orders/Cashiers Checks

Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are available for members at any of our branch locations. Money Orders are available for $.50 and it is good for up to $1000.00. Our Cashier Checks are available for $1.00 and are good for any amount. You may purchase either of these from our front line staff at any office.

Night Deposit

For businesses and individuals wishing to make deposits after the close of business, our night drop allows you to conveniently and securely deposit items at any of our branch locations. At the Main Branch, the night drop is located in the front of the building. At the Jacob Parrott, Ada, and Bellefontaine branches, the night drop is located at the drive thru.

Notary Public Services

Quest Federal Credit Union is pleased to offer FREE Notary Public Services for member/owners. Visit any of our branches with your important documents and have our member service representatives notarize.

Phone & Text Banking

Phone Banking

No access to the Internet for It’s Me 247 Online Banking? We also offer 24 hour phone access.

Follow these steps to enroll in phone banking:

1. Using your touch tone phone, call 1-800-860-5704.
2. The computer voice will answer and ask for your credit union access code. Enter 129 then the # key.
3. The computer will then ask you to enter your member number, then #.
4. You will be asked to enter your PIN number, then #.
5. From this point on , the CU Talk procedure will vary depending on the transactions you wish to complete. CU Talk will guide you through each step.
6. When you have finished your last transaction, simply hang up the phone.

Text Banking

Don’t have a smart phone? No problem. Just enroll in text banking!

Text Banking allows enrolled members to request and receive text messages on account balances as well and receiving e-Alerts. Quest members must sign up for text banking within It’s Me 247 Online Banking.
