What services are available and what are your hours during this time?

Effective March 20, 2020, our in-branch lobby-based services are discontinued. Our drive-thru services remain open!

Our business hours are as follows, effective beginning Thursday 3/26/2020:

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Friday: 7:30am-5:30pm

Can I still join the credit union during this period of time without lobby services?

Yes, we are still accepting new members at this time. We encourage those wishing to become a member to begin the process online. Secure member applications can be started using the following link. This can be done from any device.

Additionally, members without online access may still contact the credit union at 800-333-9571. Our staff will be able to handle your request over the phone and will direct you on how to proceed.

What if I have trouble with my ATM/Debit/Credit Card(s)?

Instant Issue cards (ATM, debit, and credit) are available to be printed and issued at all branches and we will be making exceptions to provide these through drive thru services. Additionally, cards can still be mailed to members, if a member cannot make it to a branch. (Following the expiration of the pandemic and health emergency, we will return to our standard operating procedure which will prohibit the issuance of instant issue cards using drive-thru access.)

How do I get access to online banking?

Online banking access is available to most all members and takes a phone call or visit to our drive thru lanes with proper identification and verification to be enrolled for access. Once enrolled, members can immediately log in through It’s Me 247 Online Banking or via our Quest FCU Mobile App to begin online banking access. You will be prompted to create a username and password as well as provide additional security measures.
