It’s Me 247 Online Banking

It’s Me 247 Online Banking offers unparalleled access to all of your accounts. We invite you to take advantage of what our online banking has to offer. You are able to balance your checkbook, transfer funds, apply for a loan and so much more. This is the perfect way to do all your online banking 24 hours a day no matter what your location. If you have never logged in to our online banking or if it has been more than 60 days since you logged in, please contact a Member Service Representative to activate your account. You will need your account number and a PIN number in order to log in.

e-Alerts allow Quest members to set up to receive electronic alerts when account balances get to a certain level, when ACH items are posted, when loan payments are coming due or when an e-Notice is generated. e-Alerts can be sent to your Secure Message Center within It’s Me 247, sent to an email address (no personal account number information will be included in the email) or sent as a text message to a members cell phone (no personal information or account information will be included in the text message). e-Alerts can be set up by an MSR or members can set them up themselves online within It’s Me 247. Text banking must be set up by the member in It’s Me 247, text messaging rates apply.
e-Notices allow Quest members to receive an electronic version of a paper notice such as an overdraft notice. The member will receive an email letting them know they have a notice posted in their Secure Message Center within It’s Me 247. Once logged in to Online Banking, the member can view the actual notice and print it if desired. e-Notices are a great way to save the environment and help prevent your banking information from lying unattended in your mailbox. e-Notices also allow you to receive your notification faster than the normal mail route. e-Notices can be activated by an MSR or through It’s Me 247 Online Banking.
e-Statements are a wonderful service that Quest Federal Credit Union offers allowing you to receive your Credit Union statement online. When monthly statements are ready, you are notified by email that your statement is ready to view. This is a safe and secure way to receive your statements. We will also pay you $.25 to receive your statement online. There is no personal or banking information sent within the email. e-Statements are available sooner since you don’t have to wait for them to be printed and mailed. There’s no personal information laying in your mailbox either! e-Statements can be activated by an MSR or through It’s Me 247 Online Banking.
Mobile Web Banking
Mobile Banking allows Quest members to check account balances, view transaction history, transfer funds, pay bills, view any pending ACH transactions and online banking messages (if any). Mobile Banking can be accessed from any mobile phone with internet access by visiting www.questfcu.com or through the Quest Mobile App. Members will need to set up online banking before using Mobile Banking.

Don’t have a smart phone? No problem. Just enroll in text banking!
Text Banking allows enrolled members to request and receive text messages on account balances as well and receiving e-Alerts. Quest members must sign up for text banking within It’s Me 247 Online Banking.
No access to the Internet for It’s Me 247 Online Banking? We also offer 24 hour phone access.
Follow these steps to enroll in phone banking:
- Using your touch tone phone, call 1-800-860-5704.
- The computer voice will answer and ask for your credit union access code. Enter 129 then the # key.
- The computer will then ask you to enter your member number, then #.
- You will be asked to enter your PIN number, then #.
- From this point on , the CU Talk procedure will vary depending on the transactions you wish to complete. CU Talk will guide you through each step.
- When you have finished your last transaction, simply hang up the phone.
