Kenton, Ohio — The Quest Federal Credit Union staff members and board of directors would like to extend our deepest appreciation to the City of Kenton Police Department, the Hardin County Sherriff’s Department and the Lima office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation for their rapid response to our call for assistance. Matt Jennings, CEO of Quest commented “We deeply appreciate the quick response time of all local law enforcement agencies in our moment of need. We cannot express enough how quick and professional the response was on our behalf from the Kenton PD and Sheriff’s Department. It makes us feel very secure in knowing that our local law professionals are ready to help all of our community at a moment’s notice. The Quest family would also like to say thank you to the community for the offers of help and support. It is a testament to the community that we live in that there was genuine concern for the safety of our employees. We are happy to report that although shaken by the incident, all staff members involved handled themselves with incredible professionalism in the face of adversity and everyone is safe, secure and unharmed. The annual training provided by our Security Officer in conjunction with local law enforcement worked near flawlessly and though you never wish to find yourself in this situation, it is best to be prepared and able to insure the safety of all involved.” Jennings continued “Due to the nature of the ongoing investigation, we are not at liberty to discuss or disclose any details of the incident and we will refer all questions to the Kenton Police Department. If any one does have information they feel may be helpful, please feel free to pass that along to the Kenton Police Department or the Hardin Sheriff’s Department.”

Quest will reopen our Jacob Parrott location on Wednesday, November 25th with normal business hours.
