Card Conversion Project

Card Conversion Project

Important Information!

Quest Federal Credit Union works every day to ensure that all member/owners benefit from the highest quality financial services available. As such, Quest has begun working on a debit & credit card conversion project that will see Quest switch card processing companies and switch credit & debit card providers from VISA to Mastercard.

Why are we doing this?
Good question! We are switching card processors and card providers to ensure that our members have the best possible experience when using Quest as their primary financial institution. Our current provider did not meet our high standards due to several lapses in service. That is not fair to our membership.

What can you expect?
Also, a good question! We have been working on this conversion process for months now behind-the-scenes. Now we are approaching several key dates and timelines. Soon you’ll be receiving multiple communications in the mail as well as via email to help you understand what changes are coming. You will also be receiving new credit & debit cards in the mail. On July 8, 2019, we will be making the official switch from our current processor to our new processor.

What do you need to do now?
Not much really. Just be ready and take a look at our communications over the next couple months and you should be well informed. Here are a few things you could do to help ensure a smooth transition.

  • Update your contact information – Moved recently? New email address? New phone number?
  • Follow us on Facebook – We will be providing updates and up-to-the-minute news once we get going on this project.
  • Bookmark this website (questfcu.com), for regular updates and news!

We will be doing everything possible to see that this goes smoothly. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this transition on your behalf for a better member experience.
