Ada, Ohio – May 20, 2021 – Quest Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Kayla Richardson is being promoted to the VP of Branch Operations – Ada. Kayla will assume the duties of office management effective immediately training under the departing VPBO, Patty King. “Kayla started with Quest over 7 years ago and has worked at every level of member service including her most recent position as Call Center Coordinator. I am very pleased to see one of our own move into a high-level management position and it speaks volumes to the hard work Kayla has put in and the culture that we have built at Quest” stated Tammy Sherman, Chief Operations Officer. Matt Jennings, Chief Executive Officer of Quest commented “We are sad to see Patty leave but understand that family and a family business come first.
