Kenton, OH — Kayla Richardson of Harrod, Ohio has recently been promoted to the Executive Vice President of Compliance position for Quest Federal Credit Union. Kayla began her career with Quest in 2014 and started as a part time Member Service Representative, worked her way up to the Member Service Supervisor role, assisted in the collection department and then transitioned to a Call Center Coordinator position. In 2021 Kayla was promoted to the Vice President of Branch Operations for our Ada location and has also worked in the compliance department and most recently, received her Credit Union Compliance Expert certification through CUNA Management School. “Kayla has seen the credit union from many different angles in her time, serving members, managing staff and ensuring that our account documentation, policies and procedures are in accordance with federal rules and regulations. She is very skilled in multiple areas, and we are confident that she will maintain the highest level of compliance possible for the benefit of the members of Quest” stated Matt Jennings, CEO of Quest.

Kayla is married to James, and they have a young daughter, Parker, and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Kayla is a graduate of Upper Scioto Valley High School and as mentioned, has achieved Compliance Certification from the Credit Union National Association Management School.
