Policy Update!

Our general policy is to make funds from checks immediately available when deposited at Quest FCU branches, ATMs, or through Remote Deposit Capture. In some cases, we may place a hold on funds and not make all funds available on the same day. When this occurs, effective July 1, 2025, the amount available on the first business day after we receive your deposit will increase from $225 to $275. We will provide written notice whenever funds are not made immediately available. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
