Quest Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Tammy L. Sherman has been promoted to the position of Chief Operations Officer. Quest serves Hardin, Logan and Wyandot counties with four branch locations in Kenton, Ada and Bellefontaine. “Tammy brings 20 years of member service and branch operation experience to her new position. The branch she has managed for the last 13 years performs at the highest level of service, satisfaction and volume. Based on her experience and overall performance at the branch level, we are thrilled to have Tammy leading our Branch Operations at all of our locations and look forward to her leadership and applying her expectation of outstanding member service to our entire operation” stated Matthew Jennings, CEO of Quest. Tammy is a lifelong resident of Hardin County, graduating from Kenton Senior High School and beginning her career with the former Kenton Rockwell Standard Federal Credit Union in 1994. Tammy’s husband is Joe Sherman and her children are Jenna and Tye. Tammy is a member of the Salem United Church of Christ, Kenton Area Swim Team Treasurer and was named 2014 Volunteer of the Year for Kenton Little League and Home Run Memorial Park.
