Hello, my name is Matt Jennings and I am the CEO of Quest Federal Credit Union. I would like to take this opportunity to bring our members up to speed with changes that are taking place and to answer a few questions about Quest and our plans for the near future.
It is my pleasure to introduce Nikki Haushalter, RPh – PharmD as our newest member of our Board of Directors. Mrs. Haushalter joins Quest with many years of service to the YMCA, Hardin Memorial Hospital and several other area boards. She is a registered Pharmacist and is married to David and their children are Alex and Max. Nikki and her family reside in Kenton and Indian Lake, making a great representation of both Hardin and Logan Counties.
Quest had an opening due to a recent resignation and following that event; the Board simply relied on our planning and succession procedure and selected an outstanding candidate from a running list of names that we keep handy just for such an occurrence. Please keep in mind that the person that resigned only did so to take a job internally with Quest and as staff members, we are not allowed to both be employed full time and serve on the Board of Directors.
As you can see, Quest Federal Credit Union is undergoing a bit of an “extreme makeover” but it will never change the way we serve our members or the commitment to the communities that we call home. Our members can rest assured knowing that from the top down, our Board of Directors, Management Team and Staff are continually working to make Quest the best it can be and Mrs. Haushalter is more proof that we will recruit the best candidates for not only our staff but for our Board of Directors as well.
Nikki, welcome to the family and we look forward to your insight and guidance, always moving forward!
