Quest Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Jolene L. Bailey has been named the Vice President of Community Relations. Jolene began her career with Quest in August 2010 as the Vice President of Branch Operations – Ada and will maintain these dual positions moving forward. “Jolene has done an outstanding job for Quest running our Ada branch and brings with her many years of retail management experience. It was a natural progression for Jolene to move into Community Relations when this position became available and we are looking forward to exciting new programs as Jolene gets up to speed with her duties” stated Matthew Jennings, CEO of Quest. Jolene received her Enterprise Risk Management certification from the Credit Union National Association in June of 2013 along with other credit union related training certificates. Jolene is a lifelong Hardin County resident, graduating from Ridgemont High School and attended classes at Wright State University. Jolene’s husband is Bart and her children are Jordan and Spence. She is a member of St. Johns United Church of Christ in Kenton and serves as a Board Member at LifeWorks Community School, ReStore of Ada and the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce.
