Back to school is a busy season for our members with school clothes shopping, buying supplies and getting the family back on the school clock with earlier bed times, plenty of running to practices and events and of course, homework! If you are a user of our online banking product, you have been receiving emails about an upgrade and enhancement that is coming at the end of August that will help Quest help our members use this amazing tool more safely and create an environment that protects your assets and personal information. Simply stated, you will no longer be able to use your account number as your username. Its ME 24/7 will ask you to change your username to something unique to you; it can be a combination of a name, pets name, hobby, sports team, whatever you may choose. I encourage you to take action on this prior to the end of the month so you do not experience interruptions in your service.
AG*Quest, our agricultural suite of loans is growing like a weed, no pun intended, during the dog days of summer! Shannon Allmon is quickly advancing our products and services into a full line of lending products that meets or exceeds the needs of family farms of most all sizes. Quest offers lines of credit, machinery and real estate loans of varying terms. Call or stop in to talk to Shannon and find out what AG*Quest can do to help you “explore the possibilities!”
If you haven’t checked out our new ID Protect product, this is a must for all of our members! Regardless if you shop online or not, we all have risk associated with identity theft and it is one of the fastest growing fraud related crimes in the world. Quest offers a simple to use, very inexpensive (free for loan customers) identity theft coverage that offers you credit report monitoring, lost or stolen credit/debit card support and identity recovery insurance if you are a victim of ID theft. I encourage you to check out this service on our website or simply ask one of our knowledgeable Member Service Representatives to explain and sign you up. It is insurance that is worthwhile and could be a game changer if you fall victim to this ever expanding crime.
