FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Kenton, OH — Kenton, OH – The Quest Federal Credit Union Board of Directors is announcing the addition for five counties to its field of membership, which will now include Crawford, Hancock, Hardin, Logan, Putnam, Seneca, Union and Wyandot counties.
“Community chartered federal credit unions are required to charter and serve specific, well defined communities and in our case that is typically a county. We have grown and continue to grow in areas where it would be a benefit to these surrounding counties to have access to Quest and the many products, services and solutions that we offer to consumers and small businesses” stated Matt Jennings, Chief Executive Officer.
Quest Federal Credit Union began as the Kenton Rockwell Standard Federal Credit Union in 1969 and in 2000 converted to a community charter serving all of those who live, work, worship or attend school in Hardin County. In 2008, Logan county was added to the field of membership and shortly thereafter, Wyandot county became a service area. Since that time Quest has added three new branches with the most recent addition being an office located in Carey, Ohio that is scheduled to open in early 2026.
Sarah Wirbel, Board President stated that “the Board is very proud of the outstanding service that our staff provides to our members, and we are looking forward to serving many new members in our neighboring counties. We believe that our credit union brings unique products and services as well as outstanding member service and the communities that we have added will see the benefit of being members of Quest”
Quest Federal Credit Union currently has $225m in assets serving 17.000 members with seven branch locations and is headquartered in Hardin County.
