From the CEO’s Desk

Hello, my name is Matt Jennings, and I am the Chief Executive Officer of Quest Federal Credit Union, and I hope this letter finds you all well.

The holidays are an amazing time of year, and I wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and all the best in 2026!

Quest became a community charter credit union in 2001 serving Hardin County, expanded that to include Logan County in 2008 and shortly thereafter opening our field of membership to also include Wyandot county. We have worked extremely hard to serve these three counties well and as we have expanded our branch footprint, have understood that we are near to bordering counties that could benefit from Quest being in their communities. Our Board of Directors tasked the management team with researching and applying for a community charter, or field of membership expansion to include those neighboring counties that we have branch locations nearby to bring our outstanding member services to those area’s. I am proud to announce that on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, our Board of Directors voted to approve a charter amendment that now encompasses Crawford, Hancock, Hardin, Logan, Putnam, Seneca, Union and Wyandot counties. Effective immediately, all those that live, work, worship, or attend school in this new eight county field of membership may join and benefit from Quest’s full line of products, services and solutions. We welcome our new potential members to the Quest family, and we are looking forward to serving your personal and small business needs.

A quick financial update, Quest currently holds $225m in assets with $147m in loans. Our net worth ratio is at a healthy 8.82% with year to date return on assets of 0.751%, which is very strong. We have 16,714 member owners and are looking forward to adding to this total as we finish 2025 strong and head into a new year.

If you have not already, please check out our Exploration Podcast series which you can find on our website or by visiting the podcast app on your smart phone and searching Quest Exploration. In closing, thank you for your patronage, and the Board of Directors and Staff would like to wish you all the best. We view Quest as a big family, and we are here to help! Thank you and I welcome any comments, suggestions or questions from our member owners. I can be reached by calling the Main Office or via email at mjennings@questfcu.com.
