Quest Federal Credit Union executive management team members and our board of directors have been in constant communication regarding the developments and guidance provided by governmental agencies related to coronavirus (COVID-19). We would like to briefly update you on the measures we are taking and suggestions for our members to undertake during this period. We have comprehensive plans in place for pandemic and emergency situations.

Hardship Assistance – If you are concerned about the loss of income during the COVID-19 pandemic, Quest Federal Credit Union may be able to help during these uncertain times. Quest FCU has a Hardship Assistance Program available to assist members affected by unexpected life events, including COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. Available options for assistance will be discussed upon completion of the request.

90-Day No Pay! – If you have a consumer loan at another financial institution, or if you would like to refinance an existing Quest FCU, we are offering cash out options with no payments for 90 days.

BRANCH ACCESS

  1. Effective Friday 3/20/2020 – in-branch, lobby services discontinued. Drive thru services remain available.
  2. Effective Thursday 3/26/2020 – drive thru hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm / Friday 7:30am-5:30pm.
  3. ATM will be cleaned regularly with EPA-approved disinfectants, increased frequency.
  4. All branch staff are available for phone calls and our lines are open.
  5. Our drive thru services remain open and allow members the opportunity to participate in adequate distancing to reduce spread. See new, temporary business hours posted above.

ONLINE ACCESS

If you have not already, be sure to enroll in It’s Me 247 Online Banking. You can enroll in online banking over the phone with proper account verification. Access is available immediately and you’ll be able to get account information securely and anytime, day or night.

MOBILE ACCESS

We also want to help you have confidence that you can do your banking with Quest FCU from anywhere, using our Quest FCU Mobile Application. We have a variety of mobile tools that allow you to access the virtual branch you hold in your hands.
