QUEST FCU Coronavirus COVID-19 Readiness/Preparedness
Quest Federal Credit Union executive management team members and our board of directors have been in constant communication regarding the developments and guidance provided by governmental agencies related to coronavirus (COVID-19). We would like to briefly update you on the measures we are taking and suggestions for our members to undertake during this period. We have comprehensive plans in place for pandemic and emergency situations.
Member/Owners – Effective Wednesday, May 27, 2020, in-lobby branch services are open for member business. We are looking forward to seeing our member/owners and would like to ensure the health and safety of our members and staff. Please read the following post for more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Update 03/31/2020 1:20pm – In advance of the Easter Holiday, please take note that our offices will be closing at 1:00pm on April 10, 2020 in observance of Good Friday and the Easter Holiday. We are continuing drive thru service ONLY, while the current orders for social distancing and staying safe in your homes are in place. Thank you for your understanding.
Update 03/24/2020 3:00pm – At this time, Quest Federal Credit Union is announcing that in-branch, lobby services will be discontinued, effective at the close of business, Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 4:30pm until further notice. This is for the safety and concern of our members and our staff.
Drive thru services will remain open. Previously, we offered extended hours for drive-thru services, however, in compliance with the “Stay at Home” orders from Ohio Governor Michael DeWine, we are returning to normal business hours. We encourage members to take advantage of ATM and online banking access, available 24/7/365.
The following drive thru hours will be established, effective 3/26/2020:
- Monday through Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm
- Friday 7:30am-5:30pm
If you have special needs from Quest FCU, please call and speak to our team to determine if your situation requires an in-person appointment. These appointments will be extremely limited and we will be working to monitor and assess the actual need to determine feasibility. Health monitoring will be required, should an appointment be granted.
Please note, these changes are only temporary, as we all know, decision-making can come quickly. Quest FCU will do everything available to provide adequate member notification. Also, these adjustments are temporary. Upon receiving updated CDC, WHO, Federal-, and/or State-based direction, regular business hours and practices will be resumed.
